Robin "Robbie" Williams is a passionate entrepreneur, business coach, group facilitator, licensed real estate agent, and the owner of the accessories company Bowtie Behavior which has outfitted customers across the globe from Canada to Australia. Born to Jamaican parents in Harlem, NY, and raised in the Bronx, NY, Robin's mission is to teach people how to monetize their creativity and skills so that they can do what they love while achieving financial freedom.

Providing business coaching through courses and one-on-one services, Robin guides and empowers current and aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their dreams and hobbies into an income-generating business.

Robin's love for building community and legacy has evolved her list of passions. These passions are reflected in her work through the healing movement Redefining Soft—which is a movement intended to deconstruct the LGBTQ+ community's perception of the word "soft" and how it is used as a weapon against masculine-presenting lesbian women and trans men. Since 2018, Redefining Soft has impacted over 150 lives on two continents.

Within her work, Robin draws from a number of her most vulnerable experiences - such as childhood insecurities with having dark skin and turning her finances around to climb out of five-figure debt - to help others heal, create a legacy, and find their place within themselves and in society.

Robin’s formal educational background reflects her first two loves: writing and sports. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of D.C., where she competed as a scholarship athlete in tennis and basketball as a 2-time team captain and National Independent Tournament Champion. In 2011, she trained with the Jamaican National Basketball Team. Robin completed a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Georgetown University, with a concentration in Strategic Marketing and Digital Media while earning a conference championship and an NCAA tournament appearance as a Division II Women’s Basketball coach at her alma mater UDC. In 2018, Robin was also a media panelist at SLAY TV’s inaugural SLAY FEST alongside writer/influencer Jamal T. Lewis, writer/director Kenrick Prince, and Ryan Jamaal Swain of Pose.
